Plot Summary

Underland is a 2025 American-British documentary directed by Rob Petit and based on the bestselling 2019 book "Underland: A Deep Time Journey" by Robert Macfarlane, who co-wrote the screenplay with Petit. The film is produced by Darren Aronofsky, Ari Handel, Lauren Greenwood, and Jessica Harrop through Protozoa Pictures and Sandbox Films, with Spring Films and Planet Octopus Studios.
