The Oldham Theater is a charming and unique 2-screen movie theater located in Winchester, Tennessee. It sports a retro Moderne Art marquee and entrance, dating from the 1950s, when it opened as a replacement location for the Rivoli Theatre which had been on the south side of the town square. It was named in honor of George E. Oldham, who had owned the Rivoli. Today, the theater plays the latest Hollywood releases in a comfortable setting, using state-of-the-art digital projectors and surround sound technology. It hires local teens to serve customers, contributing in an important way to the fugure of the Winchester community.
