The Nantucket Dreamland Film & Performing Arts Center is a vibrant, year-round nonprofit cultural hub located in the heart of downtown Nantucket, Massachusetts. With a rich history dating back over 180 years, Dreamland has evolved from a Quaker meetinghouse and vaudeville theater into a state-of-the-art venue offering films, live performances, educational programs, concerts, and community events. Its facilities include the 314-seat Main Theater, the versatile 100-seat Studio Theater, and the Harborview Room—an elegant event space with sweeping views of Nantucket Harbor. Dreamland also operates a seasonal Drive-In theater at 7 Nobadeer Farm Road. Designed with both modern functionality and heritage in mind, the center showcases a thoughtfully reimagined space that honors and preserves historical elements from its original structure. Dreamland is supported by over 2,000 members and generous donors, offering discounted tickets, exclusive event access, and no service fees.
