As of July 2025, the Cozy Filmz Drive-In in Provo is permanently closed. It ceased operations at the Provo Towne Centre mall after its contract was terminated due to an exclusivity clause with one of the mall’s tenants, Cinemark.
Before its closure, Cozy Filmz was a nostalgic, pop-up drive-in theater located in the Provo Towne Centre’s south parking lot. It was operated by BYU undergraduate students and featured amenities such as pre-show games, food trucks, and raffle prizes.
