Plot Summary

Episode 1 - The things we carry Haunted by his years as a soldier-turned-mercenary, Lukas drifts through life as a waste picker on the margins of society. When he witnesses a brutal crime, the quiet anonymity he's fought so hard to preserve is shattered. Drawn reluctantly back into a world of violence, Lukas is pushed by Ruby to embrace the ruthless instincts he once relied on. As the past claws at him, Lukas must confront the man he was and decide if he's willing to become him again.Episode 2 - No safe haven The fragile sanctuary Lukas and Neo find at a homeless shelter is obliterated when Phumza and his gang descend with deadly consequences. A child's desperate struggle for survival leaves Lukas reeling - and furious. Realizing that running is no longer an option, Lukas commits himself to a relentless pursuit of the men responsible. To bring an end to the bloodshed, he must return to the skills and instincts he vowed never to use again.Episode 3 - Race against blood While helping the city's homeless, Lukas encounters an elderly woman whose missing grandson is tied to a dangerous underground fighting ring and a possible killer operating in the shadows.
