Things go badly for a hack director and film crew shooting a low budget zombie movie in an abandoned WWII Japanese facility, when they are attacked by real zombies.

The place was used by the Japanese in WWII in experiments to revive dead people. Higurashi initiates the direction of the film and strange things happen when the actors are attacked by zombies.
