Storyline

Donatella and Beatrice reside in a psychiatric facility in Tuscany. They have very different life stories, but a chance to escape brings them together in an adventure that will change their lives forever and will help them realize the beauty in imperfection. — Dario Vaccaro In a center for mentally disturbed women, Beatrice and Donatella become friends. During educational work outside the clinic, they take a chance to flee from custody, starting an adventurous trip that will disclose their past and change their lives. Two very different patients call Tuscan asylum Villa Biondi home - but not for long. Beatrice is a fantasist force of nature; Donatella is a battered, withdrawn wreck. When Beatrice drags Donatella onto a bus during a day trip, the pair begin an adventure across Tuscany that'll bring them together as they both face down their pasts.
