Fun Facts

Sylvester Stallone is producing but not starring — for the first time in franchise history. After writing and starring in all five previous Rambo films, Stallone joined the prequel solely as an executive producer in March 2026. Because the story follows a young John Rambo during the Vietnam War, Stallone does not appear on screen; Noah Centineo takes over the role.
