Daniel Goldhaber is an independent filmmaker who launched his feature career as a director/story writer with the horror film, Cam (2018), written by Goldhaber’s creative partner Isa Mazzei (basing her screenplay on her experiences as a “camgirl” on porn videos) with co-story writer/producer Isabelle Link-Levy, starring Madeline Brewer, Patch Darragh and Melora Walters, and which premiered (and won Best First Feature and Screenplay) at the Fantasia Film Festival and was released by Netflix.
Goldhaber was director/writer/producer of the acclaimed eco-thriller, How to Blow Up a Pipeline (2022), co-written by Ariela Barer (who also starred) and Jordan Sjol, with the ensemble of Kristine Froseth, Lukas Gage, Forrest Goodluck, Sasha Lane and Jayme Lawson, premiering at the Toronto Film Festival and released to a $1 million gross by Neon.
Goldhaber directed and co-wrote (with creative partner Isa Mazzei) the horror remake of the 1978 movie, Faces of Death (2026), starring Barbie Ferreira, Dacre Montgomery, Josie Totah, Aaron Holliday, Jermaine Fowler, and Charli XCX, produced by Legendary Pictures/Angry Films and released widely by Independent Film Company.
