The Screening Room at 1313 is Wilmington's newest, state-of-the-art independent movie house. Located in the Lower Atrium of 1313 North Market Street, The Screening Room at 1313 is open every weekend year-round showing first-run independent films. Patrons are encouraged to visit The Chancery Market, a food court in the building, before or after attending a film. Food is allowed in the theater from The Chancery Market.
