56 Auto Drive-In is a drive-in theater located in Massena, New York. It is one of the last of its kind in Northern New York and is known for showing current first-run movies in a vintage-style drive-in. The theater has been in operation for over 68 years and is a piece of Americana, one of the few remaining stalwarts from the golden age of drive-in theaters in the United States. The theater is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:30 PM to 2:00 AM. The admission fee is $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children aged 12 and under. Children aged 3 and under can enter for free. The theater has a full-service snack bar that offers hotdogs, hamburgers, fried dough, slushies, Pepsi products, popcorn, candy, and more. Visitors are also allowed to bring their own snacks, blankets, and pillows.
