Storyline

A young man is charged with drug trafficking, and he pleads guilty under influence from his defense lawyer in exchange for a reduced sentence. Former cop Fok (Donnie Yen) is an unconventional prosecutor assigned to the case. Fok is convinced that the conviction is unusual and decides to conduct his own investigation.
