Early Life and Background Sammratt Kapoor was born in Amritsar, Punjab, India, in a Punjabi family. He lived and grew up in New Delhi's Lajpat Nagar. Kapoor is also a professionally chef, he has diploma in Indian Curries and He has his own restaurant in Hyderabad, Kapoor decided to shift focus towards acting and joined the Asmita Theatre Group, where he trained under the theatre director Arvind Gaur in 2012. He participated in Gaur's theatre workshop at the India Habitat Centre. Kapoor performed hundreds of street plays in Delhi NCR based on social issues- like Corruption, Dastak, Anti-Ragging, Child Labour, Gender Equality, Domestic Violence, Poverty, Drugs, etc. Later he moved to Bombay (present-day Mumbai).
Filmy career Kapoor started his journey as a model in advertisement industry. He worked for several brands. He worked in Bollywood movie Nikamma [2] (2022) under the banner of Sabbir Khan Films. He also worked in web series Raita Phail Gaya (2020). His upcoming web series is Flawed [3] [4] [5], Khwabsters. And upcoming punjabi films are Haveli in Trouble, Viyah Karade Rabba.
