Ward landed his first significant supporting role, playing son to Adrian Brody and Salma Hayek in screenwriter Hanna Weg’s adaptation of Dalia Sofer’s 2007 novel, Septembers of Shiraz (2015), with Shohreh Aghdashloo, Bashar Rahal and Alon Aboutboul under Wayne Blair’s direction, and which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival before a release by Momentum Pictures.

(2025), with Jim Caviezel, Ben Mendelsohn and Sam Worthington, and produced and released by Angel Studios; and as Romeo in director/writer Timothy Scott Bogart’s musical version (and reverse-titled) of Shakespeare’s tragedy for producer/distributor Briarcliff Entertainment, Juliet & Romeo (2025), co-starring Clara Rugaard (as Juliet), Jason Isaacs, Tayla Parx, Nicholas Podany, Rupert Graves, Rebel Wilson, Rupert Everett and Derek Jacobi.
Ward then joined director/co-writer Paul Raschid’s thriller, The Run (date to be announced), with the eclectic cast of Roxanne McKee, George Blagden, Dario Argento, Franco Nero, and Fabio Testi, and which was produced by Benacus Entertainment and K+RNF Productions.
