Jacqueline Byers is a busy film and television actor who had the lead role in the fall 2022 horror movie, Prey for the Devil, directed by Daniel Stamm. Her feature debut was in the Canadian Christmas movie, Blizzard (2003), with Christopher Plummer, Kevin Pollak, and Whoopi Goldberg. Byers played a pivotal role in the three-part Canadian thriller, Ordinary Days (2017), written by Ramona Barckert.
Byers’ first Hollywood movie was the thriller, Bad Samaritan (2018), produced and directed by Dean Devlin, and co-starring David Tennant, Robert Sheehan, Carlito Olivero, and Kerry Condon. The following year, Byers played a supporting role in the Malibu-set family drama, You Are Here (2019), co-starring Peter Vack, Jason Dohring, William Baldwin, and Lea Thompson.
Born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in the nearby Ontario province community of Mississauga, Jacqueline Byers attended Lorne Park Secondary School, where she performed in school plays and played on the lacrosse team. She continued her dual passions for theater and lacrosse at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting.
