Established by Stan Zaba with assistance from local residents, it was Saskatchewan’s first drive-in theatre, originally accommodating 225 cars.Now operated by Stan’s son, Don Zaba, the Twilite continues to offer weekend showings from May through September, providing a nostalgic movie-going experience under the stars.In 2024, the theatre celebrated its 70th year in business, marking a significant milestone in its enduring legacy.This enduring venue not only showcases the timeless appeal of drive-in cinemas but also serves as a testament to the community’s dedication to preserving this unique cultural institution.
