The Strand Theater is a performing arts, film and community center located in the borough of Zelienople, Pennsylvania, United States of America. It was constructed in 1914 and is one of the oldest movie theaters in Butler County. The theater was not only used for showing feature films, but was also used as a performing arts center. The Strand Theater Initiative, a non-profit organization, was created with the mission of reviving Zelienople’s old Strand Theater as a cultural, education, and community outreach center.
