The Moorlyn Square Theatre is an historic 4-screen cinema located at 835 Moorlyn Terrace in Ocean City, New Jersey. It was built in 1905 as a bowling alley named Moore’s Bowling Casino and was converted into a 1,600-seat movie theater on June 19, 1922, and has been one ever since. The theater was operated by the Frank Theatres chain from 1989. It was taken over by the Ocean City Tabernacle and renamed Moorlyn Family Theatre until it was closed in February 2018. In November 2022, it was purchased by Town Square Entertainment with plans reopen it in 2024.
