The Boeing and PACCAR IMAX Theaters at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, WA, offer state-of-the-art viewing experiences with remarkable visual and audio technology. The Boeing IMAX features a massive 6-story tall, 80-foot wide silver screen designed for 3D films, complemented by 12,000 watts of digital sound in 12.1 surround. It is also the third Laser IMAX installation in the world, providing cutting-edge picture and sound quality. The PACCAR IMAX, with a 37-foot tall and 60-foot wide screen, also uses a silver screen for 3D and delivers 12,000 watts of digital sound in 5.1 surround. First opened in 1979 with film projection, PACCAR was converted to digital in 2011, ensuring a modernized viewing experience.
