Storyline

'The Sky Is Pink' is the incredible love story of a couple spanning 25 years, told through the lens of their teenage daughter. She is sassy, sardonic, spunky....and dead. Unexpectedly humorous, warm and heart-wrenching all at once as the magic of life and the beauty of death manifests in one family's unusual, courageous journey in this film. It's 100% a true story. True story of Aisha Chaudhary, a young author from Delhi who was born with an immunodeficiency disorder. When she was 6 months old, her parents moved her to London for a bone-marrow transplant. As a side effect of the chemotherapy that followed, she developed pulmonary fibrosis, a condition that causes irreversible scarring of the lungs.
