Jess Tredinnick is an emerging Australian actor, director and writer, based in Brisbane.
Her debut short horror film Closed won best film, best cinematography and best lighting at the Luma Film Festival, as well as receiving numerous award nominations and official selections in Australian and international festivals, including nominations for Best Director. She has worked in the AD department for upcoming major feature films, as well as various independent productions.
Additionally, Jess appears in multiple local and international productions filmed across QLD and NSW, including Audrey, Surviving Summer and Mortal Kombat 2. She has been featured in numerous independent short films and national brand commercials.
Jess studied a Diploma of Screen and Media (Directing major) in 2024. She previously graduated with distinction from QUT with a Bachelor of Journalism in 2018.
