IMAX also released its Q3 earnings this week, reporting results that show tremendous growth in both revenue and income, with the action film F1: THE MOVIE achieving record-setting returns. In addition to F1, IMAX also saw success from several foreign titles, including Japanese movies THE FIRST SLAM DUNK and DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA – THE MOVIE: INFINITY CASTLE. CEO Rich Gelfond reports that this international growth has turned IMAX into a “completely different company.”
