The Weirs Drive-In is a drive-in movie theater located in Laconia, New Hampshire. It has been serving up movies since 1949 and is one of the last remaining drive-in theaters in the country. The theater has four screens and can accommodate up to 1000 cars. The box office opens at 7:30 pm and tickets are sold at the box office night of attendance. The price is $25 per car for up to two people and $10 for each additional person. Children 4 and under are free.
The theater accepts both cash and credit. Once you are inside the theater, there is no walking out. The first features start as soon as it is dark enough, which is approximately 10 minutes after the first shows end. You can check Google (search: “Laconia Dusk”) to get an approximate start time for the first features. However, on overcast nights, expect the shows to start as much as 15 minutes earlier than dusk.
