Veteran Japanese anime voice actor Yûko Minaguchi (birthname: Mizoguchi Tomoko) has performed in features, TV series, and video games since 1986. For her movie work, she is perhaps best known as the voice of the characters Pan and Videl in the long-running franchise, Dragon Ball, including her sixth in the series, director Tetsuro Kodama’s debut feature, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (2022), with Masako Nozawa and Toshio Furukawa.
Minaguchi’s debut big-screen performance was in Doraemon: Nobita and the Tin Labyrinth (1993), followed by her first three Dragon Ball movies (1994-1995), X (1996), the manga spinoff Neighborhood Story (1996), Yes! Precure 5: Great Miraculous Adventure in the Mirror Kingdom! (2007), and Clannad (2007). After a string of Dragon Ball movies, Minaguchi voiced a lead role in Yo-kai Watch Shadowside: Oni-o no Fukkatsu (2017).
Yûko Minaguchi was born and raised in Tokyo. Her height is 5’ 1¾”.
